As part of a strong backlash in the wake of the mass shooting in a Charleston, S.C., historically black church, eBay said that it will ban Confederate flag-themed items from its online marketplace. This action follows in the footsteps of Walmart, Sears and K-Mart, at both online and brick-and-mortar presences.
