Singer Justin Bieber is the new face of Calvin Klein, and a number of new advertising photos and videos have been published in recent days as part of a new #mycalvins campaign. The black and white photos are causing a bit of controversy though: a leaked unretouched version of one photo suggests that quite a bit of Photoshop was used to alter Bieber’s appearance and… proportions.

No one's ever said Justin Bieber was the brightest bulb in the box. So let's start this otherwise snarky recap of the day's events by giving him some props for arranging to stop by the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam amid his busy schedule. But saying the teen diarist would have been a "Belieber" (aka "big Justin Bieber fan") had she been born in a different era, and um...perhaps survived the Holocaust is a bit creepy. Bieber's got 37 million Twitter followers. Hoping some of the backlash Bieber is getting over his ridiculous comment, particualrly from other popular celebs, gets some of his fans to maybe read a book. A majority of them claim to not know who Anne Frank was.

Canadian pop star Carly Rae Jepsen's viral hit "Call Me Maybe" has been nominated for Song of the Year for the 2013 Grammy Awards. Does this surprise you? The song garnered more than 351,000,000 page views on YouTube which helped catapult it to the 14th most-watched YouTube video ever after teen heart throb Justin Bieber tweeted about it.
