The morning after Ryan Lochte won the first American gold medal of the London Olympics, Lochte's smile was plastered all over the internet and newspapers worldwide. In some of those photos — if you look close enough — you'll see he's wearing a stars-and-stripes, jewel-encrusted "grill" across his top row of teeth.
