Trump’s followers see a completely different presidency than the rest of the world sees. Where is Rush now? Just two weeks ago the arch-conservative talk show host seemed as if he would spontaneously combust, or laugh all the way to the bank. After he villified Georgetown law student Sandra Fluke for "needing so much birth control" she must be a "slut" (or a "prostitute").
