With rumors running rampant that GOP presidential hopeful Mitt Romney may have actually bought Twitter followers (you can do that you know), let's give the Mittster the benefit of the doubt. What if there really are 925,000 new Twitter users who came onto the site over the weekend (or Twitter users with relatively few Tweets to Number of People They're Following ratio: i.e., 4:1,500). Maybe these folks, and other newbies to Twitter, can get more engaged by following these tips.
